I’m so glad you’re here.
You don’t have to parent alone.
Hey, I’m Rachel—follower of Christ, wife to Brent, mom to Katelyn and Sarah, and host of the Raise & Release podcast.
I’m also the founder of Seeds of Impact and the author of Impact Parenting.
But more than anything, I love encouraging moms.
If you’re here looking for hope, clarity, or a softer place to land in your parenting journey, you’re in the right place.
Raise & Release is a parenting podcast for moms who want to raise confident, healthy kids—and learn how to let go well.
I’m a mom of two who’s been in the trenches of parenting from toddlers to teens and beyond. With my friend Jenny, I share honest, faith-based conversations and practical parenting principles shaped by real life, real mistakes, and real growth. This is a soft place to land for moms who want to parent with intention—without needing to be perfect.

Speaking
I speak to parents who want something deeper than quick fixes — parents who are trying to raise their children well and heal what they may have never received themselves.
Through the lens of Raise & Release, I help parents understand how healthy parenting is rooted not in control or perfection, but in connection, responsibility, and trust. My talks focus on breaking unhealthy cycles, building emotional safety, and learning how to parent from steadiness instead of fear.
Whether speaking to churches, recovery programs, parent groups, or women’s events, my goal is always the same: to help parents feel grounded, hopeful, and equipped to raise their children with intention — and release them with confidence.
Coaching
Parenting often brings old patterns to the surface — reactions we didn’t plan, emotions we don’t fully understand, and moments that leave us thinking, “Why did I respond that way?”
As a parent coach, I walk alongside parents who want to grow healthier — not just for their children, but for themselves. Coaching focuses on understanding triggers, learning how to repair after mistakes, and building a home rooted in trust, emotional safety, and faith.
This isn’t about becoming a perfect parent.
It’s about becoming a steadier one — someone who can raise strong children while intentionally breaking cycles that no longer serve their family.
Together, we focus on growth, healing, and learning how to respond instead of react — so parenting feels less chaotic and more anchored.
